Authority, licensing, and service acceptance
Peyelis, LLC must maintain the entity registrations, tax accounts, business licenses, permits, and service-specific authority required where it operates. Administration reviews South Carolina, Georgia, local, facility, and federal requirements before adding a regulated service or entering a new territory.
Peyelis accepts only work that can be completed lawfully and safely with an eligible vehicle, qualified driver, confirmed capacity, approved item, verified route, documented price, and required client agreement. Dispatch may not override license, insurance, MVR, training, vehicle, prohibited-item, medical, or other legal gates.
Insurance and risk management
Before operations and at each renewal, Peyelis must review with licensed insurance professionals the need for commercial general liability, commercial auto, hired and non-owned auto, cargo or inland marine, cyber/privacy, workers’ compensation or occupational accident, umbrella, and any medical-courier or regulated-item endorsements for South Carolina and Georgia.
Certificates, policy periods, limits, exclusions, deductibles, covered vehicles, delivery-use permission, driver eligibility, and client insurance requirements are maintained in restricted records. Website language may not promise coverage, a claim limit, or insured status that the actual policy does not provide.
Contracts, pricing, and authorization
Only an authorized Peyelis representative may approve a client contract, rate schedule, SLA, medical addendum, BAA, custom quote, liability allocation, credit term, or contract termination. Required legal names, entity type, addresses, dates, services, rates, reference value, cancellation fee, notice contacts, attachments, and signatures must be complete before execution.
Published prices and accepted account rates must match scheduling and invoicing. No employee or contractor may add an undisclosed charge, debit a payment method without authorization, alter signed terms unilaterally, backdate acceptance, or represent a quote as confirmed before approval.
Driver governance and fair decisions
Peyelis verifies current license, registration, vehicle, delivery-use insurance, official MVR authorization and result, required documents, identity, training, equipment, and service qualifications before releasing assignments. Administrators document approvals, pauses, exceptions, suspensions, deactivations, and appeals.
Worker classification is reviewed from actual working conditions under applicable law and is not decided by an independent-contractor label. Peyelis applies screening and performance criteria consistently, preserves dispute and appeal records, and follows applicable consumer-report and equal-opportunity requirements.
Safety, incidents, claims, and continuity
Dispatch prioritizes lawful handling and safety over speed. Accidents, injuries, unsafe sites, spills, exposures, theft, loss, damage, misdelivery, temperature excursions, privacy incidents, threats, and law-enforcement contacts are escalated, preserved, and reported to insurers, clients, authorities, or affected people when required.
Peyelis maintains emergency contacts, safe return and failed-delivery procedures, incident logs, claim evidence, service-suspension authority, and continuity plans for weather, outages, road closures, vehicle failure, and other disruptions. Property already in custody remains protected during a suspension or dispute.
Privacy, records, and audits
Peyelis limits collection and access to what the delivery or legal obligation requires. PHI, screening identity data, financial credentials, driver documents, proof images, and claim records are segregated by purpose and role. Ordinary notes, email, invoices, and Workspace records must not contain unnecessary PHI or full payment credentials.
The company preserves contract versions, acceptance times, orders, pricing, payments, invoices, proof, custody, dispatch decisions, training, qualifications, incidents, claims, complaints, and audit records for the applicable operational and legal period, then securely disposes of records no longer required. Retention schedules and breach procedures receive professional review.
Required periodic review
At least annually and whenever service, law, insurer, payment provider, screening provider, or operating territory changes, Peyelis reviews these policies with the appropriate licensed attorney, insurance professional, tax adviser, and medical-compliance professional. Administrators publish a new version and obtain renewed acknowledgments when duties materially change.
