Frequently asked questions
Clear answers. No delivery guesswork.
Quick answers about pricing, scheduling, medical delivery, business billing, tracking, and proof.

How much does delivery cost?
Pricing uses the delivery category, verified driving mileage, order-value tier when applicable, and automatic scheduling fees. The booking form shows the estimate before submission.
Do I have to tip the driver?
No. Driver tips are optional. If you choose to add one, it is shown separately from the delivery charge and 100% is allocated to the driver.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes. Standard, priority, rush, and direct same-day options are available based on driver capacity and the requested route.
Do you deliver medical supplies?
Yes, subject to item type, client requirements, driver qualifications, and applicable law. We confirm handling instructions before accepting specialized items.
Can I schedule recurring deliveries?
Yes. Businesses can request daily, weekly, monthly, or custom recurring routes.
Can businesses receive invoices?
Approved business accounts may receive consolidated billing and may qualify for Net 15 or Net 30 terms.
Do you deliver after hours?
Pickup is available from 7:00 AM through 9:30 PM. Requests from 7:00 PM add a $25 after-hours fee and still require dispatch confirmation; weekend and holiday fees are automatic.
Do you require signatures?
Signature service is optional unless the delivery or client instructions require it.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes. Enter the Peyelis order number on the Track Delivery page to view the latest status.
What areas do you serve?
Peyelis serves communities throughout South Carolina and Georgia, with a focus on the Central Savannah River Area (the CSRA). Long-distance pricing applies after 50 driving miles.
How are trips over 50 miles priced?
The first 50 miles use the selected service’s standard mileage rate. Each mile after 50 is $2.50, and a $25 long-distance fee is added.
What happens if my delivery is delayed?
Dispatch communicates known delays, provides an updated estimate, and works with the customer on the best next step.
