SAME-DAY REQUIREMENTS

Pickup must be ready. Routes over 50 miles and oversized items require review. Same-day completion is checked against the route and operating window before submission.

I confirm the item, order, prescription, catering order, or package will be completely ready before the driver arrives.

Every order requires clear item evidence. Store or business purchases need a receipt or order confirmation; other items need a screenshot or photo.
