Immediate reporting
Report loss, theft, misdelivery, visible damage, seal compromise, temperature excursion, injury, collision, spill, privacy incident, or other exception as soon as discovered—preferably within 48 hours—through the customer portal or support@peyelis.com. This target does not shorten a nonwaivable legal deadline.
Preserve the item, packaging, receipt, order number, photos, communications, and other evidence. Do not alter or dispose of evidence unless needed for safety or directed by an authority.
Review and resolution
Peyelis reviews timestamps, GPS, proof images, custody records, item declarations, packaging, instructions, communications, and available insurance information. Peyelis will acknowledge the report, request missing information, and provide a documented disposition or next step.
Filing a report does not guarantee payment or state a coverage limit. Any settlement, credit, insurance payment, limitation, release, or denial must be documented for the specific claim and comply with applicable law.
