Information collected and purposes
Peyelis collects account and contact details, addresses, delivery instructions, order information, item evidence, route and location records, proof of delivery, communications, payment status, business billing records, driver qualifications, uploaded documents, training records, and screening authorization information.
Information is used to quote, verify, schedule, perform, track, document, bill, support, investigate, secure, and improve deliveries; administer accounts and drivers; prevent fraud; respond to claims; and satisfy legal and contractual obligations.
Sharing and sensitive records
Peyelis shares only reasonably necessary information with assigned drivers, authorized senders and recipients, business account users, payment and storage providers, verification or screening providers, insurers, advisers, authorities, and others authorized by the user or law.
Full payment-card credentials should be entered only on an approved processor-hosted page. Ordinary notes, chat, proof photos, invoices, and Workspace records must not contain patient diagnoses, medical records, full financial credentials, or other unnecessary sensitive data.
Driver identity and MVR authorization details are restricted to authorized reviewers. An MVR obtained through a consumer reporting agency is handled under the separate disclosure, authorization, and adverse-action process.
Retention, security, and requests
Peyelis uses role restrictions, limited-purpose storage, audit records, and operational safeguards appropriate to the record. No internet system can promise absolute security. Report suspected compromise immediately to support@peyelis.com.
Users may request access, correction, account assistance, or deletion review by contacting support@peyelis.com and providing enough information to verify the request. Peyelis may retain records required for transactions, safety, disputes, insurance, tax, screening, contracts, security, or law.
