Permitted use
Use Peyelis systems only for lawful delivery, account, employment-screening, support, and administrative purposes. Do not probe security, interfere with service, impersonate another person, submit false documents, scrape private records, or misuse tracking information.
Account holders are responsible for protecting access credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Peyelis may suspend access to protect users, deliveries, records, or the service.
Information and availability
Website descriptions, estimates, ETAs, and availability are informational until confirmed for a specific order. Traffic, weather, closures, delays, safety events, incorrect information, and circumstances outside reasonable control may affect service.
Peyelis owns or licenses the site content, branding, workflows, and software. Users may keep copies of their own transaction documents but may not reproduce the site for a competing or unlawful purpose.
Governing terms
These terms are governed by South Carolina law to the extent permitted, without displacing mandatory Georgia or federal law applicable to a delivery. Nothing here waives a right that cannot lawfully be waived.
Operational questions and notices may be sent to support@peyelis.com. Business contract and billing notices may be sent to business@peyelis.com. The applicable mailing address and any agreed venue language are completed in each signed client agreement before relying on postal notice or exclusive venue.
