Consent
By selecting an acceptance checkbox, typing a name, or submitting a signed workflow, the signer intends to use an electronic record and electronic signature for that transaction. The system records the accepted version and acceptance time where supported.
Electronic consent applies only to records presented in that workflow. It does not authorize automatic payments or future contract changes unless those terms are separately and clearly accepted.
Access and withdrawal
Users need an internet-connected device, current browser, and ability to view or save web pages or PDF files. A paper or accessible copy may be requested at support@peyelis.com.
A user may withdraw consent for future electronic records by contacting Peyelis, but withdrawal does not invalidate a record already lawfully signed or prevent suspension of a service that cannot reasonably operate without electronic records.
Recipient delivery signatures
A typed recipient signature confirms receipt or custody only for the identified delivery unless the screen states additional terms. It does not certify hidden contents, waive visible-damage notes, or create a broader contract for the recipient.
