Written scope
Before dispatch, the parties confirm event date, venue rules, loading windows, credentials, route and stops, item manifest, dimensions and weight, vehicle, staffing, equipment, handling, setup boundaries, custody contacts, deadline, return plan, and final quote.
Services outside the written scope require approval. Peyelis does not provide security, crowd control, event management, regulated installation, alcohol service, or licensed technical work unless separately contracted and qualified.
Changes and disruption
Venue changes, delays, access failures, weather, closures, or added work are documented and may require a revised schedule or quote. Items already in custody must be safely delivered, held, returned, or redirected under confirmed instructions.
