Quote and load declaration
Every job-site or large-item request requires administrator review and a written quote. The customer declares dimensions, weight, quantity, value, packaging, center of gravity where relevant, loading method, stairs, elevator, dock, site conditions, required helpers, and any equipment or credentials.
Dispatch assigns only a confirmed SUV or truck for construction and large orders. A car or cargo van is not eligible under Peyelis policy. Work exceeding vehicle, driver, helper, lifting, securement, insurance, or legal capacity is declined or referred to an appropriate carrier.
Site safety and scope
The customer provides a safe legal loading and unloading area, authorized site contact, access instructions, and required personal protective equipment or site orientation. Drivers may stop work for unsafe conditions without abandoning property in custody.
Delivery excludes rigging, crane work, licensed installation, assembly, disconnection, utility work, structural movement, debris removal, or entry into an unsafe site unless a separately signed and insured scope expressly includes it.
Condition and damage
Condition photos are taken at pickup and delivery when safe and permitted. The customer reports concealed or visible damage under the claims procedure and preserves packaging. Preexisting condition and inadequate packaging are documented during review.
