Order and packaging
The customer provides the food-order subtotal and legible receipt or order confirmation. The restaurant or caterer is responsible for food preparation, lawful sale, sealed packaging, labeling, count, allergens, food safety, and readiness.
Drivers transport sealed orders using approved equipment. They do not inspect food, guarantee temperature or allergen control, prepare food, or perform undisclosed setup. Setup, stairs, helpers, equipment, and waiting must be quoted in advance.
Delay and cancellation
Restaurant delay is documented through the pickup workflow. Verified waiting may affect the delivery deadline and driver compensation under the accepted terms.
Canceling Peyelis delivery does not cancel the food order. The delivery refund depends on dispatch and custody stage; the restaurant’s cancellation and refund rules remain separate.
