Booking cutoff
Book at least 1 hour before pickup when possible. Requests placed within 1 hour automatically add the $15 rush-pickup fee.
Operating hours
Regular service is 7:00 AM–7:00 PM. Requests from 7:00 PM–9:30 PM require after-hours approval and the additional fee.
Distance limit
Standard same-day service covers destinations within 50 driving miles of pickup. Longer routes require a long-distance quote and administrator review.
Pickup readiness
Do not schedule until the order, prescription, catering order, package, or other item is completely prepared for pickup.
Waiting time
A 10–15 minute grace period may apply. Additional waiting time can be charged in 15-minute increments.
Verified route and contacts
Both addresses must validate. Provide the name and phone number at pickup and drop-off, plus suite, unit, gate code, business name, and access instructions.
Delivery windows
Choose a 2-hour window, 4-hour window, or scheduled same-day service. Exact-minute completion is not guaranteed.
Package limits
Standard same-day pricing covers packages up to 50 lb and 36 × 24 × 24 inches. Larger, heavier, or oversized items receive separate pricing and review.
Multiple stops
Each additional stop adds the current per-stop charge and may extend the delivery estimate.
Restricted items
Illegal goods, unapproved hazardous materials, firearms, and controlled substances outside authorized medical-courier procedures are prohibited.
Proof and failed delivery
Drivers record pickup and delivery proof. If a safe handoff cannot be completed, redelivery, return, or additional waiting charges may apply.
Weather and delays
Traffic, dangerous weather, road closures, customer delays, closures, and incorrect addresses can change the ETA. Administrators may suspend same-day service for safety.
