Purchase and pickup
The order must be paid before pickup. The customer provides a receipt or confirmation, pickup name, order number, authorized substitute information, and an accurate item description. Drivers do not use personal funds or accept undisclosed payment obligations.
The store controls release and may require identification or additional authorization. A failed store release may create waiting, cancellation, or return consequences under the accepted terms.
Returns and restricted merchandise
A store return is a separate or added route subject to retailer policy, item eligibility, proof, price, and approval. Peyelis does not guarantee the retailer will accept a return or issue a refund.
Age-restricted, regulated, hazardous, or high-value merchandise requires a separately approved verification and handling workflow and may be declined.
